Executive/Personal Assistant position for CEO of busy financial company in Midtown. Schedule is regular Monday-Friday, either 9-5 or 10-6. Office is small, community feel and ideal candidate will be able to wear many hats and take on various assignments as needed. CEO has 3 young children. Duties include scheduling appointments, coordinating his calendar, arranging travel, event planning, and day-to-day needs. 3 years of Executive/Personal Assistant experience required, and financial background is a plus.
