Part-Time Housekeeper Needed Five Days Per Week- Winnetka, IL

Part-Time Housekeeper needed for private residence in Winnetka, IL. Family will guarantee 20-25 hours per week, and schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm or 8am-1pm, with occasional flexibility requested for events (though rare).  Duties include but not limited to:

   Deep cleaning and upkeep to ensure that the home is impeccably maintained and organized
   Create and adhere to a daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning schedule
   Laundry and ironing 
   Answer door and greet vendors, sign for packages, etc.
   Run errands as requested (i.e.: grocery shopping, dry cleaners, etc.)

Ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is punctual, reliable, works well autonomously and/or on a team, welcomes feedback and follows instructions, and can be flexible with his/her time. Housekeeper should maintain high standards for neatness, cleanliness, and organization.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Housekeeper, be comfortable working in a home with pets (dogs), speak good English, have impeccable references, and ideally have a driver's license and own reliable vehicle. Executive Assistant/Scheduler- Chicago, IL


Executive Assistant/Scheduler needed to report to the Chief of Staff and serve on a team to support the Chairman of a private firm in downtown Chicago. Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, the Scheduler will manage all aspects of the intricate schedule coordination for the Chairman of the firm, including travel logistics and other administrative tasks. The Scheduler must demonstrate the ability to focus on small details without losing sight of the big picture and exercise good judgment when allocating each Chairman’s time. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a senior principal’s schedule and overseeing complex logistics.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Managing the Chairman’s complex schedule, both personal and business related
  • Organizing logistical arrangements for all meetings and engagements
  • Coordinating all aspects of the Chairman’s travel arrangements, including ground and air travel, travel documents, last minute trip changes and expenses
  • Managing all incoming invitations, including coordinating a tracking system for invitations, ensuring timely response and confirming meetings
  • Preparing the Chairman’s daily and monthly calendar, as well as detailed itineraries
  • Coordinating closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure the daily schedule reflects strategic, long-term priorities
  • Coordinating closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure the daily schedule is executed smoothly
  • Circulating the Chairman’s daily schedule and keeping staff are informed of engagements
  • Providing remote support to the Chairman and Chief of Staff while on travel
  • Reports to the Chief of Staff
Required skills/Qualifications:
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, particularly with respect to prioritizing the Chairman’s time
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage complex logistics

The Executive Assistant will be tasked with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing the day of schedule
  • Managing day of scheduling changes, additions and last-minute needs
  • Compiling the Chairman’s briefing book
  • Keeping the Chairman on time throughout the day
  • Greeting and escorting guests
  • Making lunch arrangements for the Chairman

Full-time Live-Out Nanny Needed- Kenilworth, IL

Full-time live-out Nanny needed for sweet family with two young children (ages 1 and 5) and a baby on the way (due later this month). Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and hours will be approximately 8:30 or 9am until 5 or 5:30pm. Family would love a Nanny who could be flexible at times for date nights or the occasional overnight. Ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, comfortable assisting a stay-at-home mom, and a team player (i.e.: doesn’t mind occasionally throwing in a load of laundry or washing dishes). Family is hoping to find a wonderful Nanny who can grow with them long-term. Ideal Nanny will drive (although this is not a deal breaker) and be open to travel as needed. Duties include but are not limited to:

   General childcare—assisting with meals, bathing, bedtime, activities, etc.
   Hosting and organizing play dates
   Running occasional errands
   Light housekeeping (loading/unloading dishwasher), general tidying, etc.
