Fully staffed household looking for a housekeeper for a 30 hour per week position. Duties include daily cleaning, laundry, ironing, caring for 2 dogs, and other day-to-day needs. Ideal housekeeper has a great attitude, is child-friendly and loving, and a team player who likes to pitch in wherever needed. Housekeeper should be easy to get along with and comfortable working with other staff.

Full Time Houseman Needed- Washington DC

Private couple based in Washington DC seeking a full-time houseman to join their fully-staffed household. Schedule is  Monday-Friday, 10-6, with rare evening hours required. This position could be part-time for the right candidate. Houseman should have excellent trade references in the DC area, be locally based, and have at least 2-3 years experience.

Busy working parents with two children (under the age of 3) seeking a professional part-time live-out nanny to join their home in the Georgetown area of Washington, DC. Nanny must have a college degree or background in child development/nanny training/etc. Responsibilities include transporting children to and from activities, playing games, preparing light meals and laundry for the children only, and general care while mother completes her residency and father is working full-time. Ideal candidate is mature, responsible, loving, active, and always on time. Family has no pets, but the nanny should be dog-friendly. 

Driving is preferred but not a deal breaker, and family can provide the vehicle if necessary. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 3pm-8pm, and Sundays from 7am-6pm. Salary $16-22/hour, DOE. Ideal start date is ASAP. Only local candidates will be considered. 

Baby Nurse Needed For Twins!- Connecticut

First time parents expecting twins in late November/early December seeking a highly experienced, knowledgable, professional baby nurse. Baby nurse will ideally have experience working in the Connecticut and/or Boston areas. Family travels between homes in both areas frequently. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience, excellent references, and professionally certified. 6 month commitment required and family would like to secure the baby nurse asap. $350-400/day.

Family has no pets, but the nanny should be dog-friendly. 

Driving is preferred but not a deal breaker, and family can provide the vehicle if necessary. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-8pm, with weekends off. Salary $45-60K, DOE, plus possible health insurance. Private bedroom and bathroom provided for live-in, along with TV and phone. Ideal start date is October 1, but family is flexible for the right candidate.

Full Time Live Out Nanny Needed- Chicago, IL

Stay at home mom seeking a full-time nanny to help with active toddler and newborn. Family is located in Chicago, with homes in Michigan and Mexico that the nanny must be comfortable traveling to 1 weekend per month. Nanny should be comfortable working with a hands on stay at home mother. Ideal candidate is calm, easygoing, 5-10 years of private nanny experience, and a team player who can adapt to different situations easily. Family would love a nanny who is loving and has high energy to keep up with an active young boy. A driver is preferred but a car is not a dealbreaker. Nanny should have Chicago experience and be currently based in the nearby area. Family will not relocate the nanny. Start is ASAP (no later than September 1, 2011).

Schedule is Tuesday-Friday, 10-6 or 10-7, with a guarantee of 35-40 hours per week. Salary is $15-20/hour net after taxes DOE, plus overtime, vacation, and health insurance for the right fit. FT Personal Assistant Needed- Chicago, IL

Single woman seeking a full-time personal assistant to join her fully staffed household. Duties include maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, managing the household employees, email correspondence, travel coordination, personal shopping, etc. The ideal candidate is meticulous, highly educated, MAC proficient, savvy, articulate (and a great writer), able to keep his/her boss on schedule and organized. This is a formal household and requires someone who can work well with other staff as well as autonomously. This position requires someone who is calm, efficient, and always cheerful/upbeat--employer enjoys a PA with a good sense of humor but who maintains professionalism, too.  

Schedule is 8:30-5:30, Monday-Friday live-out. Flexibility for occasional late evenings/events is a plus. PA should drive and ideally have own vehicle. Salary is $65-90K/year DOE, plus health insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation and all major holidays. Start is ASAP.
