FT Live In/Out Nanny Needed- NY, NY

NYC Family (Noho) seeking an extremely high-end career nanny for a live in/out (on days off) nanny for 6 month old twins. Schedule is Monday-Thursday with extensive domestic and international travel. Candidate should be NYC based at the present time. Start is ASAP and salary is open for the right nanny. Excellent written and spoken English are required; Ability to speak German, Japanese, French or Spanish language is also a plus. candidate should have a valid driver’s license and feel comfortable driving in NYC with children. 

Nanny should be energetic, a self-starter and have experience with young twins and a familiarity with navigating Manhattan. Work hours will generally be 36-40 hours per week starting at 7am Monday through Thursday.  The job may also require eventual live-in Monday through Thursday. Sleep over for the months of June and July will be required for this position with possible international travel in August. 

Duties will include sleeping and feeding schedules, preparing home cooked meals, bathing, diapering, reading, arranging activities and play dates, taking the children to classes and doctor's appointments, and ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.  From time to time you will be required to care for three year old son at the same time. It is vital that the chosen individual attend to the children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and creative development at every stage. This will include reading, engaging the children in conversation, participating in creative play, and planning educational activities. Light housekeeping (e.g., keeping the house tidy, doing the children's laundry and dishes, etc.) will also be required when possible. Nanny should be a dedicated, caring, and attentive professional who will treat the  children like their own, becoming like a member of the family, and ideally remaining with this family for the long term.

Full Time House Manager- Cincinnati, OH

Duties include calendar and travel scheduling/maintenance, managing staff, overseeing vendors and contractors, and coordination of events. Evening Personal Assistant Needed- Winnetka, IL

Elderly Winnetka woman seeking an evening personal assistant for long-term commitment. Schedule is Monday-Friday from 5-9pm. Woman is very self sufficient, but hard of hearing/some loss of vision and just needs a general assistant for her evening needs. Duties include caring for 2 dogs, preparing dinner, assisting with light housekeeping, and overall companionship. This person would NOT be responsible for anything medical. There is a full-time person in the daytime to assist her, so this position is ONLY for evenings. Her interests are in the arts/theater/painting. She has traveled a great deal, and enjoys learning about travel and new places. She speaks English and Spanish, and would love someone to help her brush up on her Spanish.

Ideal candidate is looking for a long-term commitment as the family wishes for someone to become a fixture in their mother's life, and is reliable and consistently on time. Assistant needs to have great knowledge of working boundaries, as the woman does enjoy her personal space but also enjoys company. Driving is required and you must have your own vehicle. Spanish speaking is a huge bonus, but not a requirement of this position.

Salary is $18-25/hour, based upon previous experience.

Part-Time Personal Assistant Needed- Chicago, IL (Hyde Park)

Business partner couple seek a part-time personal assistant to join their home office. Duties include light house work and overall maintenance of the household, calendar and travel planning, errands (grocery shopping, bank, dry cleaners, etc), walking the dogs, organizing kitchen/basement/etc, coordinating and overseeing vendors/repairs. 


Personal assistant must drive and have their own vehicle, proficient on a MAC computer, able to lift 50 pounds (for general organizing, etc), and a non-smoker. Ideal candidate is a discreet, highly organized self-starter with a sense of humor who can wear many hats/able to pitch in. PA will be required to sign an NDA and confidentiality is of the utmost importance. 


Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 9:30-3:30 with occasional flexibility requested. Household has dogs and a cat, so the assistant must be comfortable/have no allergies. Family has 3 children, so PA should be comfortable in a family environment. Start date is March 16. Salary $20/hour.
